Product Fee

Charged if you have been referred to us by an introducer (including associated companies), we will pay to them a fee for the introduction.

Lending Fee
Charged for assessing and processing your loan application.

Deed of Postponement
Administration fee charged if we authorise the postponement of our charge in favour of another lender.

Late Payment Reminder Letter
Charged on each occasion that you do not make your monthly instalment within 15 calendar days of the regular due date

Payment Returned Unpaid
Charged for each cheque, card payment, standing order or direct debit which is returned unpaid by your bank if you do not make your monthly instalment within 15 calendar days of the regular due date

Issue of Default Notice
Charged on each occasion that your account enters or re-enters default status.

Field Agent Fee
Charged if a home visit is undertaken to establish your financial situation when your account is in arrears, or where other communication methods have not been successful. Please note that additional trace-related charges may be applied (at cost) if you move residence without advising us accordingly.

Solicitors Instruction
Charged if solicitors are instructed to commence litigation proceedings.

Asset Management (in the event of repossession)
Charged in the event of repossession to cover the administration costs associated with the sale of the secured property. Any other charges incurred as a result of the litigation, including but not exclusively; solicitors costs; estate agency fees, repossession agent fees; clearance costs and locksmith’s costs, will also be applied to your account at cost.

Court Costs
Any court costs incurred in enforcing the agreement will be charged at cost, including but not exclusively; county court judgement applications, attachment of earnings.

For a typical loan of £26,600 over 180 months with a variable interest rate of 19.56% per annum, your monthly repayments would be £484.00. This includes a Product Fee of £2,660.00 (10% of the loan amount) and a Lending Fee* of £763.00, bringing the total repayable amount to £87,030.00. Annual Interest Rates range between 11.7% to 46.5% (variable). Maximum 50.00% APRC. *Lending Fee varies by country: England & Wales £763, Scotland £1,051, Northern Ireland: £1,736.
